Back In the Fifties (and 60's) in Elkton to Benefit the Little League
The United Legends Of America, a production company that specializes in shows that use Tribute Artists, is announcing that they are doing a benefit for the Elkton Little League.

MAGNOLIA, DE, March 18, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The United Legends Of America, a production company that specializes in shows that use Tribute Artists, is announcing that they are doing a benefit for the Elkton Little League on March 27th at Uncle Bob's Western Corral. Doors open at 3:30 and the show will begin at 4pm.

"A Doo-Wop Rock-n-Roll Reunion" will feature Kelly Hylton as the 1950's era Elvis, as well as the popular oldies band the Honeycombs. There will also be contests for best dressed (50's and 60's era clothing), hula-hooping, and of course...a twist contest.

Kelly Hylton, a professional Elvis Tribute Artist, has won many national awards for his performances. He has been invoking Elvis since he was 10 years old and already a fan. He used to listen to records while his family watched tv. "God blessed me with a voice that sounds like Elvis Presley's and now I love to use it to entertain people of all ages." says Hylton.

The Honeycombs are a popular band in the Delaware area. The group was founded in 1990 by it's leader and drummer Mr. Honey Voshell. "Vosh" as his friends call him, is a veteran musician. He traveled extensively during the fifties with the likes of Wanda Jackson and Patsy Cline.

Tim Conley, founder of United Legends of America says "We put together shows that are fun with true professionals in the Tribute field. We want folks to come out, get rid of the stress of everyday life, have some laughs and enjoy themselves."

Tickets are $30 for VIP seats and $20 for general admission. Concessions and a cash bar will be provided. A portion of the ticket price will go to the Elkton Little League. Uncle Bob's Western Corral is located at 565 Kirk Rd in Elkton Maryland.
